"I'm totally not in the mood for doing my daily workout, what does it matter either way! I'm doing my workout every day since 1 month now and there are no changes, it isn't working. I can do better things during that one hour."
Been there done that! Everybody has motivation issues. You're too tired, you're not in the mood, you want to do something else, it's too cold outside, it's too hot outside... If you say you have never made an excuse like this then you're lying. It is normal that you're not always as motivated to do your workout as in the start. You want to see fast results, as human beings don't have any patience and want everything quick, quick, quick.
Alas, you will have to be patience this time.
It takes just a few weeks and no effort at all, to gain weight BUT!! it will take a few months/years and a lot of dedication to achieve what you want. Don't expect to get that stunning body you want in just 1-2 months. Like mentioned before, don't go changing your body if you don't have the time to get your deadline.
Find a workout partner as it is always more fun with someone. Don't go with a group of 5-10, others might be 'better' and you'll loose your motivation. If you do your workout with 1-2 extra people it will be fun, simple and motivating, as you will motivate each other.
Me and my husband always do gym together, he knows more of the weightlifting exercises and I know more about the cardio and stretching, perfect combination as you can give tips to each other. You can also push each other that little further than what you would do if you were alone.
However, if you don't have a workout partner, that again is no excuse for not doing your workout. You are not motivated today? Search something that motivates you. What helps for me is seeing videos of new exercises. Those also help me in keeping my workout varied and fun.
